BFC Under 8 Boys

For the U8s this season, we are looking for the players to:

• Enjoy the game and have fun playing it
• Play with the right attitude and discipline
• Develop as individuals
• Develop as a team
• Make their own decisions on the pitch and learn from those

At this age, it is not about winning, but getting out there, working as a team, playing in the right spirit, and having fun.

We want to encourage the players to develop their skills in training and use those in matches, and play football the way it should be played.

All of the players will have equal opportunities throughout the season.
